Onkar Samarth is a partner and has been excelling in the food and beverage industry for the past ten years. He traveled to learn more about the different cuisines of their home countries and experienced chefs in the food industry. Before starting his adventure in India, Onkar Samarth accumulated first-hand knowledge by working in several restaurants in London. Onkar has also completed vocational training and cooking classes at a prestigious college in London, UK. Onkar is proficient in fine dining, hotel management, modern European cuisine, menu planning, food styling, immersive dining experience and more. He has also worked at ITC Maratha and SK Restaurants.

Chef Onkar Samarth owns the Bombay Coffeehouse in Mumbai with an exquisite menu. Cafe culture has been on the rise since the 90s. Onkar seized the opportunity and opened a cafe with an elaborate menu. The idea behind creating the Bombay Coffee House menu was to provide dishes that can be enjoyed every day by all age groups – ranging from teenagers, young people, business class and adults. Samarth aspires to create dishes that make people smile and thrive. Customer feedback, whether positive or negative, is very important to Samarth.
