Lasagna is one of Italy’s most beloved iconic dishes, it brings together the ingredients that we love – pasta, cheese, fresh herbs and most of all, a delicious meat sauce. To enhance the flavor of the meat sauce, COVA enhances and re-energizes the traditional recipe for Italian Lasagna with Wagyu Beef, one of the most famous types of beef and prized around the world for its remarkable flavor and texture. The selected red wine from Spain has a fat, medium tannins, moderate acidity and a dry taste. With a combination of woody notes, black fruits and red fruits. Wagyu beef has a high fat content and with the unique characteristic of this red wine, the dryness and acidity of the red wine can cut the fat off the beef, providing a well-balanced tasting experience.
