3. The salt shaker

Since 1971 and considered a landmark of the valley, an oasis of gem that lies in the dessert, get ready for an experience that will not be forgotten, the restaurant offers the freshest seafood prepared in style traditional American, Alaskan king crab, Maine lobster, sea bass, Alaskan halibut and oysters, very reasonably priced, with a variety of sides and entrees such as lemon pecan rice and bread freshly baked

2. at Roy’s

Named after celebrity chef Roy Yamaguchi, this chain restaurant blends European sauces with Asian spices to create what Yamaguchi himself calls Hawaiian fusion cuisine. The menu changes daily to take advantage of the fresh local ingredients available, but there are stable dishes on the menu, dynamite crab-crusted tiger prawns with spicy sesame togarashi sauce, blackened island ahi, fish- butterfly misoyaki, the restaurant also offers other varieties such as steaks and chops, do not miss the favorite their signature chocolate soufflé, to have a beautiful view during your dining experience, as for a table near the fireplace to have a view of the lagoon and resort gardens, they also offer a wide variety of cocktail drinks, like the Hawaiian Martini and the Malibu Coconut Rum.

1. Ocean Prime

This place rocks—both figuratively and literally. As an upscale (albeit mainstream) steakhouse, Ocean Prime packs in customers happy to cough up substantial coin for butter and Tabasco-sautéed shrimp, 1,200-degree grilled steaks, or melted chocolate cake. Choose from nearly three dozen wines by the glass, then sit back and admire the beautiful rich woods accented by formal white tablecloths. While most dishes are familiar — king salmon, crab cakes, Rockefeller oysters — there’s no denying that they’re satisfying and generously proportioned. More whimsical dishes, like a plate of six truffle deviled eggs, keep the menu interesting. There’s also plenty of style from the white-jacketed waiters who set up a scotch service, complete with a carafe of crushed ice and fresh lemons. Happy hour specials are also a draw.
